Key Selling Points

Don't buy the Aviator because you need another coffee machine. Buy it because you're building a coffee program around consistency, capacity, and presentation.

It's the kind of machine that tells your customer, before they even taste the espresso, that you take coffee seriously.

If you're opening a café, upgrading an existing setup, or simply want a truly commercial centerpiece, this is where I'd have you start.

The BFC Aviator is BFC’s high-end Italian commercial machine, built around professional performance, serious steam capacity, and independent temperature control. The TCI version gives you independent temperature control for each group, along with a TFT touchscreen interface.

☕ Consistency shot after shot
Independent temperature control means you can precisely manage brewing conditions rather than treating every group the same.

🔥 Built for volume
This isn't a machine designed to slow down when the café gets busy. The Aviator is available in 2- and 3-group configurations, giving you the capacity to serve multiple drinks simultaneously.

💨 Serious steaming power
If you're doing cappuccinos, lattes and milk-based drinks all day, steam capacity matters. The Aviator is designed around commercial-level output.

🇮🇹 Italian engineering with presence
And let's be honest: look at it. The polished stainless-steel construction and distinctive Aviator styling aren't something you hide underneath the counter. It's part of the café's visual identity.

📱 Modern control without losing the barista experience
The TFT touchscreen gives you a modern interface while retaining the hands-on workflow professional baristas expect.
