Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible products.
To qualify for a return, items must:
● Be unused
● Be in their original condition
● Include all accessories and components
● Be returned in original packaging
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts.

Return Authorization
Before returning any product, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our support team.
Returns sent without an approved RMA may be refused.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
● A defective product
● Shipping damage
● An incorrect item sent by us
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.

Equipment Returns
Coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, or commercial brewers must be carefully packaged to prevent damage during return transit.
If equipment arrives damaged due to improper packaging, additional fees may apply.
