Long before Dr. Tea became a brand, Johana had a deep fascination with the ancient art of tea and the remedies that have been passed down through generations. That passion led her to study the craft and become a tea sommelier, learning how different leaves, herbs, fruits, and botanicals could be thoughtfully blended to create unique experiences.

She began creating her own custom blends, and what started as a personal passion quickly grew as more people discovered and fell in love with her teas.

But the real magic happened when Johana began sharing those blends with her daughter. Their tea became a quiet ritual—a moment to slow down, reconnect, and find balance together.

That ritual became the heart of Dr. Tea.

Today, every blend is crafted with the same purpose: to create a small moment of calm, clarity, and care in the middle of everyday life.

Created with intention. Shared with care.
